James E. Biddison - President

Jim joined T. I. S., Ltd. in 1978 as a salesperson specializing in truck insurance. On a daily basis, he deals with insurance company personnel, claims representatives and customers and handles the various other aspects of business related matters. Jim negotiates with numerous insurance companies for agency contracts which best serve the interest of our clients. He also sells to clients in the day-to-day operation of his duties.

Jim lives in Weyauwega and is a lifelong resident of the Weyauwega/Fremont area. He and his wife have two daughters. Jim has prior experience in owning a trucking company and is familiar with the daily operations and what one faces in handling a business.

Jim's background in insurance, trucking, and business will help clients make good, sound insurance decisions.

Jim Baehnman

With the agency since April 1990, Jim handles all of the commercial business programs (other than trucking), municipal insurance packages, homeowners, personal car, health & life insurance. Having owned and operated a business for 20 years gives him an understanding of business insurance.

Married with six grown children, Jim is also a lifelong resident of Weyauwega and is 30-year veteran of the Weyauwega Fire Dept.

Susan Kempf

With the agency since 1986, Sue supervises the operations of the office staff. Her other responsibilities include the billing of customers, accounts receivable and auditing of company accounts. In May 1992, she obtained her Wisconsin property & casualty license.

Sandy Gurgel

Sandy has been with the agency since 1988. Her responsibilities include working with customers to obtain necessary information for renewals. She also works with our many insurance companies to obtain competitive renewal proposals for our customers. Sandy obtained her Wisconsin property & casualty license in March 1996.

Verdaine Anunson

With the agency since October 2000, some of Verdaine's duties include customer certificates of insurance, claim reporting and motor vehicle records. Her background since 1979 includes working for a few trucking companies handling the day-to-day operation including driver qualification files, invoicing, permitting and logs. Verdaine also acts as receptionist and is available to assist with all customer inquiries.

Jeanna Biddison - Vice President

Jeanna started with the agency in 1971 in a clerical position. She left for a few years to raise her family. Jeanna started back in 1989 doing the day-to-day accounting. She and husband Jim own the agency.
