Based on premises & operations liability with Truckmen endorsement for portability of liability due to truckmen unique exposures.
Motor Truck Cargo Legal Liability - Coverage for cargo while it is in your care custody and control.
Who should carry this coverage? The trucking company having FHWA (ICC) authority.
Non-Trucking Use - Commonly referred to as Bobtail. Also protects the public from bodily injury or property damage when not under dispatch to authorized carrier.
Who should carry this coverage? An Owner/Operator permanently leased to a company having FHWA (ICC) Authority.
Physical Damage - This coverage provides protection against loss or damage to your covered vehicle resulting from the impact with another vehicle or object. Collision losses are paid regardless of fault. Comprehensive coverage provides protection against damage to a covered auto resulting from loss other than a collision or upset. This coverage also provides for supplemental payments for transportation expenses in the event of total theft of a covered auto. Coverage begins forty-eight hours after the theft. Commonly, indicating a Stated Value provides this coverage. Stated Value should be determined by the actual cost to replace the unit at the time you are insuring it.
Who should carry this coverage? The owner of the equipment.
Primary Liability - Provides protection against legal liability arising out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of any insured automobile. The insuring agreement agrees to pay damages for bodily injury or property damage for which the insured is legally responsible because of an automobile accident resulting from the ownership, maintenance, or use of covered auto. The agreement also stales that in addition to payment of damages for which the insured is legally liable, the insurer also agrees to defend the insured for al legal defense cost. The defense cost is in a addition to the policy limits.

Other Terms
Downpayment - A percentage of the annual policy premium with the balance typically paid in installments.
Deposit Premium - An amount required by the company at inception of coverage that is held in escrow to secure payment of premium. Upon expiration or cancellation the deposit is refunded to the policyholder, providing the account is current. Frequently the escrow is credited toward renewal premiums.
Policy Fee - A fee charged by a company that is typically non-refundable and fully earned at binding.
Surplus Lines Tax - A tax on a policy purchased from an insurance carrier that is not admitted to the State. It is not an indication of inadequacy but that the non-admitted carrier has not filed their rates with the State.
Minimum Earned Premium at Binding - The minimum amount charged by a company (typically 25% of the total annual premium) upon cancellation of coverage.
Liability Property Damage Deductible - The amount of a loss the insured is responsible for prior to the company issuing payment of the claim.
